Our metal fencing comes with a transferrable limited lifetime manufacturing warranty that covers defects in workmanship and guarantees the powder-coated finish against chipping, cracking, or flaking. For wood fencing, we provide a 3-year craftsmanship warranty and a 3-year gate hardware warranty, which cover installation errors such as missing nails or improper fastening of materials.

Frontline Fencing manages the majority of the HOA application process for our clients. We require a copy of the HOA application (if not available online) and a copy of the plot plan. Our team completes the necessary paperwork and returns it to the homeowner for signature and submission, as HOA regulations typically require the homeowner to submit the application personally.
